Recipe Surprise Pecan Pie Amish Recipes

Cream margarine and sugars. Add next four ingredients. In each pie shell put 1/2 c. chocolate chips and 1/2 c. pecans. Pour filling over it. Bake at 375° F. for 40-45 minutes. Allow time to set before serving.

Yield: 4 pies.

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
1 c. margarine
12 eggs, beaten
3 c. light corn syrup
1 t. salt
4 t. vanilla
2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. pecans
