Brown Sugar Tapioca
Bring
water and salt to a boil then add tapioca. Cook until clear or put lid
on and leave set for 1/2 hour or until tapioca is clear. Beat eggs with
milk and white sugar. Bring to a good boil on low heat. Turn burner off
and stir oleo, brown sugar and vanilla into tapioca. When cold add
whipped cream and about 2 cups crumbled Clark bars if you like.

1½ cups baby pearl tapioca
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 stick oleo
2 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
