Butterscotch Tapioca Pudding Amish Recipes

Add brown sugar to boiling tapioca and cook until done (about 15 minutes). Mix together and add egg yolks, milk and sugar. Cook until it bubbles and add vanilla and oleo. When cold, stir in whipped cream and bananas or Clark bar pieces, and 1 stick oleo (optional)

6 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
1½ cups small pearl tapioca
2 cups brown sugar
2 beaten egg yolks
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
1/2 cup oleo, browned
