Chocolate Cheese Pudding
Melt chocolate over hot, not
boiling water and cool for about 20 minutes. Blend cream cheese, 1/2 cup
of the sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat in egg yolks one at a time. Add
cooled chocolate. Blend well, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry;
slowly beat in 1/4 c. sugar and beat very stiff. Fold chocolate mixture
into beaten egg whites and fold in whipped cream Line a dish with vanilla
wafers and add pudding. Chill overnight. Top with chopped nuts or
additional whipped cream |
1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 c. heavy whipping cream
pinch of salt
1/8 tsp. vanilla |
