For first layer mix flour, oleo and nuts together. Press into 9" x 13" pan. Bake 5 minutes at 350° F. Cool. For second layer mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped cream and spread on cooled crust. For third layer mix vanilla and butterscotch puddings and milk together. Top with whipped cream if desired.

1 c. flour

1 box butterscotch pudding
3½ c. milk
