Combine egg yolks, milk, and sugar; bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Pour this into hot mixture; let set until cool. Add egg whites, whipped cream, and vanilla. Combine butter and graham cracker crumbs. Put in pan, then pour gelatin mixture over top.
