Jimmy Carter (Peanut) Pudding

Mix flour, peanuts, and butter. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° F. for 20 minutes; cool. Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipped cream. Spread over crust. Combine puddings and milk. Spread over cream cheese filling. Top with whipped cream; sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

Layer 1:
1 c. flour
2/3 c. salted peanuts
1/2 c. butter
Layer 2:
1/3 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipped cream
Layer 3:
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2¾ c. milk
Layer 4:
whipped cream
chopped peanuts
