Paradise Pudding Amish Dessert Recipes

Cream soft butter, sugar. Add egg yolks. Spread 1/3 c. of graham cracker crumbs in a pie pan or platter. Pour egg mixture over crumbs. Cover with another 1/3 c. of crumbs.

Topping:
Whip heavy cream until stiff. Add 1 cup drained, crushed pineapple, 1/4 c. chopped nuts, 2 Tbsp. sugar and vanilla to taste. Spread across top of pudding. Chill before serving.

2 Tbsp. soft butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. heavy cram
1 c. crushed pineapple- drained
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. sugar
