Pinescotch Pudding
Sift
dry ingredients. Combine eggs and sugar, beating until thick and ivory
colored. Add vanilla; fold in pineapple and nuts. Gently fold in dry
ingredients. Pour into a well-greased 12x8 pan. Bake at 325° F. for
30-35 minutes. Cool; cut into squares. For sauce, combine ingredients in
a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Cover
and chill until ready to serve. Pour over squares. top wit whipped
cream.

1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Sauce:
1/4 c. water
1/4 . butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1 T. flour
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. pineapple juice
