Ritz Cracker Ice Cream Pudding

Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into bottom and sides of a 9" x 13" pan. Mix the pudding with milk. Fold in ice cream and pour over crumbs. Chill overnight in refrigerator. Cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with a few cracker crumbs. Also delicious with 1 cup nuts added to crumbs. Suggestion: Freeze then remove pudding from freezer about 20 minutes before serving. You can use different flavors of ice cream.

75 Ritz crackers
1/4 cup oleo
1 box instant butterscotch pudding
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1½ cups milk
6 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup nuts, optional
whipped topping
