Cooking Recipe Peanut Butter Amish Recipes

Combine brown sugar and water; bring to a boil and cook for one minute. Set aside to cool. In a double boiler, mix together egg whites, sugar, and Karo. Beat with egg beater until fluffy; cool. Add peanut butter to second cooled mixture. Add to first mixture. Add flavoring. Enjoy!

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Karo
1½ c. peanut butter
1/2 t. maple flavoring
