Biscuit and Taco Casserole
| Cook beef till
browned; drain. Mix sour cream salad dressing, onion, and cheese. Mix
Bisquick and water till soft dough forms. Pat in greased 8x8" pan,
pressing 1/2" up sides. Layer beef and salsa in pan; spoon sour cream
mixture over top. Sprinkle with paprika or extra cheddar cheese over top.
Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes. Your can substitute Bisquick with your
favorite drop biscuit recipe. Mozzarella cheese is also good. Serves 5-6.
||1/2 lb. ground
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/3 cup salad dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Bisquick biscuit mix
1/4 cup cold water
1 pint chunky salsa
