Easy Taco Bake Recipe Amish Cooking Main Course Recipes

Brown beef, pepper and onions. Fry until tender; add 1 pkg. taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water. Simmer, then add salad dressing and salsa. Layer corn tortillas in bottom and sides of baking dish. Layer meat mixture on tip, then cheese. Bake 1/2 hour until it's hot and cheese melts. To serve, layer sour cream, chopped lettuce and tomatoes on top. Serves 8.
