Meat Ball Stew

  Combine first 7 ingredients. Make into meat balls and brown in oil in large Dutch oven. Remove them as they brown. Combine soups in pan. Add meat and vegetables and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add parsley. 1½ lbs. ground beef
1 c. softened bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. oil
6 carrots - scraped and sliced into 1" pieces
1 10 oz. can tomato soup
1 10 oz. can beef broth
6 potatoes cut in 1" pieces
8 small onions
2 Tbsp. parsley - chopped
