Meatball Casserole

Combine and shape meatballs. Brown in a 2 quart casserole then cover and heat 10 minutes on top of stove. Uncover after it starts to cook.
Combine and heat sauce ingredients until steaming. Pour over meatballs and top with biscuits. Bake at 400° F. for 20 to 25 minutes.

Meatballs:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Sauce:
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
