Pizza Rice Casserole
| Sprinkle rice
evenly in greased 9x13" pan. Mix eggs, oregano, Parmesan cheese, garlic
powder, and water and pour over rice. Fry ground beef; season as you do
pizza. Add pizza sauce. Spread over rice mixture. Sprinkle over top:
pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, and onions. Bake at 350° for 1¼ hours.
Remove from oven and sprinkle liberally with mozzarella cheese. Return to
oven until cheese melts.
||1½ cups raw rice
3 cups water
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1½ -2 lbs. ground beef
1 pt. pizza sauce
