Stove Top Yum-Yum Casserole

Brown ground beef and chopped onion. Place in large saucepan. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Simmer until rice and celery are tender. Serve with chow mein noodles. Delicious!

2 lb. ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
