Stuffed Peppers

Mix all ingredients together except tomato sauce and put in peppers which have been hollowed out and washed. Pour sauce over top and bake in moderate oven until done.

1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 green peppers
