Thank You Casserole

Slice potatoes into a buttered baking dish. Break up meat and mix into potatoes with soups and onion. Crumble a few potato chips over top and cover tightly. Bake at 375° F for about one hour.

5 potatoes
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion - diced
1 can vegetable soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
