Egg Casserole Amish Recipe Main Dish Recipies

Fry meat and drain. Grease 9x13" pan. Put bread, meat and cheese in pan. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over. Let stand overnight. Bake at 300° for 1½ hours.

1 - 10-3/4 oz. mushroom soup
1 lb. sausage, ham or bacon
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
