Sausage and Cheese Casserole
| Place
bread in greased 9" x 13" baking dish. You may trim the crusts
if desired. Distribute sausage over bread. Place eggs, mustard,
Worcestershire sauce and milk in bowl and blend. Sprinkle grated cheeses
over sausage and cover with milk mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and
allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight. Bake in preheated 350° F.
oven for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.

1½ lbs. mild flavored sausage, cooked and drained
4 eggs
1 t. Dijon mustard
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated |
