Delicious Salmon Loaf
| Heat milk.
Stir in bread crumbs to make a paste. Add butter. Add salmon with egg
yolks and seasonings to mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Put
into well-greased bread pan. Bake at 375° F. for 35 minutes.
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 1-lb can salmon, skinned and boned
2 eggs, separated
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon minced parsley
1/4 cup chopped onions
