Grilled Salmon
Place
salmon in heavy foil. Add butter and seasonings. Place lemon slices in
decorative design. Sprinkle with paprika., Fold foil tightly and tuck in
the ends, folding toward top. Bake on covered gas grill. Start on high
for 10 minutes. Turn heat to low and bake 10 minutes more. Check for
doneness. If it is clear in center, turn heat off and leave salmon on
grill for another 10 minutes. never overcook. As soon as fish flakes
when touched with fork, remove and serve.
Note: When using a charcoal grill with a rack which cannot be
adjusted, cooking time may increase by 5 or 10 minutes.

1 t. salt
1 t. freshly ground pepper
2 fresh lemons, thinly sliced
