Ham Vegetable Scallop
Mix soup and milk;
heat to boiling, stirring. Add vegetables alternately with ham to fill
greased 1½ quart casserole. Add soup. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top.
Make "cup-shaped" hole in center; line with thin ham slices. Border with
ham strips. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Tuck crisp springs of parsley into ham
"cup" before serving. Serves 6. |
1 - 10½ oz. can
cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
1 - 10 oz. pkg. lima beans
1½ cups cooked and cup ham
1/2 cup butter bread crumbs
