Ham Loaf
Beat eggs,
add to bread cubes and let set. Add remaining ingredients to meat, then
add egg and bread mixture. Mix well. Shape into a loaf and bake at 325°
F. for 3 hours. Bake uncovered first hour, then cover and bake 1 hour
and 45 minutes more. Put glaze on top and bake uncovered 15 minutes.
Glaze:
In saucepan combine sugar, mustard and cornstarch. Gradually add
vinegar and water. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.

lbs. ground smoked ham
3 lbs. ground fresh pork
1 cup bread cubes, without crust
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 can tomato soup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Glaze:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
