Meat and Potato Skillet

Cut luncheon meat into bite-sized pieces and brown with sliced onions in lard. Blend in mushroom soup and milk. Add potatoes, parsley and pepper. Cook over low heat about 10 minutes.

1 can luncheon meat such as Spam
1 onion -sliced thinly
2 Tbsp. lard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. potatoes, cubed and cooked
2 Tbsp. parsley-chopped
dash of pepper
