Scalloped Potatoes and Ham Casserole Amish Recipes

Put potatoes and ham in layers in roaster. Heat thoroughly the soups, evaporated milk and cheese. Pour over potatoes and ham and mix lightly. Bake covered at 350° F. until almost boiling. This fills 1 big roaster for company.

6 lb. potatoes, shredded, cooked
4½ lb. cubed ham
1 can creamy onion soup
1 can cream of celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans evaporated milk
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 teaspoon taco seasoning, optional
