Sweet and Sour Baked Beans

Boil onion, brown sugar, dry mustard, garlic salt, salt and vinegar together about 15 minutes. Drain butter beans, and lima beans; do not drain baked beans or kidney beans. Pour boiled ingredients over all beans and mix in bacon. Bake at 350° F for one hour.

1 onion
1½ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
30 oz. butter beans
16 oz. green lima beans
16 oz. baked beans
16 oz. red kidney beans
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
