Lasagne
Cook wide
noodles. Drain. Add small amount of oil to noodles while cooking.
Combine cheeses, sour cream, onion, and green peppers. Brown meat, drain
off grease. Add tomato sauces. Alternate noodles, cheeses, tomato
sauces, and meat. Repeat layers once. Bake at 400° F for 45 minutes.

8 oz. cream cheese
2 lb. ground beef
8 oz. tomato paste
1½ cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
