Barbecued Chicken

  In a saucepan, blend salt, pepper, paprika, sugar and garlic salt. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling and then remove from heat. Makes 2½ cups.
   Coat the cut up chicken with the coating (seasoned flour). Brown in skillet containing at least 1/2 inch of fat. Then dip browned chicken in barbecue sauce and place on a baking sheet. Bake in 350° F oven until tender
Barbecue Sauce:
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1 med. onion - minced
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice or vinegar
1/4 c. butter
Coating:
   For each pound of chicken, blend:
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
1 tsp. paprika
