Bar-B-Que Chicken Sauce
Mix
together and heat to boiling, use hot on chicken. This is enough for
approximately 12-14 chickens, quartered. Also good to use over cooked
meat, baked in oven awhile. Before using this on chicken, you can mix
some butter and vinegar and brush for 10-15 minutes before brushing on
sauce. Better yet, soak chicken a while in vinegar beforehand. |

1/2 cup mustard
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons paprika
2 cups catsup
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
1½ cups lemon juice
6 tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 cups Worcestershire sauce |
