Cheese Creamed Turkey Amish Recipes

Layer first 4 ingredients alternately in casserole dish, ending with cheese. Mix together soups, chili sauce, and milk. Pour over top. Bake at 350° F. for 1½ hours.

5 cups cooked chicken or turkey meat
1 medium onion, chopped
6 corn tortillas or 12 soda crackers, coarsely broken
1½ cups grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chili sauce or ketchup
1¼ cups milk
