Chicken and Cheese Casserole

Cook onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour and boullion, stir in milk and cook until sauce thickens. Then add cheese and cook until melted. Remove from stove and combine chicken, macaroni and pimentos; add sauce. Put in 2 qt. baking dish. Cover with crumbs and bake at 350° F for 1 hour.

3 c. cubed chicken
1 c. macaroni - uncooked
1/2 c. onion -chopped
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1½ c. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. chicken boullion cubes
2½ c. milk
2 Tbsp. pimentos - chopped
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
