Chicken-N-Stuff Stuffing Recipe Amish Cooking Recipes

Dressing:
Mix all ingredients and add enough hot water to moisten. Place in a greased casserole.

Cream Topping:
Melt butter and thicken with flour. Add milk, salt and pepper. Cook until thick gravy. Add chicken broth and soups. Pour over dressing. Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes.

6 c. bread crumbs, browned
1/4 c. celery -chopped
1 tsp. parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. onion, chopped
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter

Cream Topping:
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chicken broth
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. cooked chicken
salt and pepper
