Corn Balls and Dressing
Brown
celery and onion in 1/2 C. butter. Add cream style corn, salt and pepper
to taste, poultry seasoning or sage, and water. Bring to boil and pour
this over white bread. Add beaten egg yolks. Toss thoroughly. Make into
balls and put in greased loaf pan. Melt 1/2 C. butter and pour over the
balls. Bake 25 minutes at 375° F. Serve with creamed chicken. |
