Country Chicken and Biscuits
| Put 1 can Durkee
french fried onions in greased baking dish. Combine first 4 ingredients
and 1 cup cheese. Blend soup and 3/4 cup milk. Pour over casserole. Bake
covered at 400° F oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine Bisquick, milk,
and 1/2 cup diced onion; mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoons to form 6
biscuits around edge of casserole. Bake 15 -20 minutes or until biscuits
are golden brown.

2½ cups cubed, cooked chicken
1 -10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetable, cooked and drained
1 cup chopped tomatoes (about 2 medium)
1½ cups (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1½ cup Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
