Crispy Baked Chicken
| Combine the first 6
ingredients. Dip chicken in milk, then roll in the cornmeal mixture. Place
in a greased 13x9" baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered at 375°
for 50-55 minutes or until juices run clear.
||1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 - 3 to 3½ lb. frying chicken, cut up
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
