Delicious Fried Chicken

Beat egg, water and coking oil together. Add salt, paprika, peppers and flour and mix until smooth. Dip cut up chicken into batter and roll in flour. Fry in enough hot oil to cover. Turn chicken often while frying. fry for 30-45 minutes until golden brown and crisp.

1 whole chicken
1 egg
2/3 c. water
1/4 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
dash of red pepper and black
