Dorothy's Crispy Fried Chicken

Roll chicken pieces in melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll in the cornflakes. Place in a foil-lined pan and bake, uncovered in a preheated 350° f. oven for 1 hour.
Delicious for a picnic!

Serves 4

1 frying chicken, cut into serving pieces
3 T. melted butter
salt and pepper
2 c. crushed cornflakes
