Stuffing for One Big Roaster
Melt oleo and
pour over bread cubes. Precook potatoes, celery, and carrots. Add 1
teaspoon salt to vegetables. Combine bread crumbs, vegetables, chicken,
beaten eggs with milk, broth, and seasonings all together. Put in a
large roaster. Add more milk if needed. Bake at 350° F. for 2 hours.
Stir several times while baking. |

1 lb. oleo or butter
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chicken base of seasoning
10 eggs
2 to 2½ quarts milk
