Tarragon Chicken Strips
chicken into 1" strips and roll in shortening, then in crushed corn
flake crumbs. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with pepper and
tarragon. Bake in a preheated 350° F. oven for about 45 minutes until
golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
chicken breasts, skin removed if desired
1/3 c. melted butter or corn oil
1 c. corn flakes, finely crushed
freshly ground pepper
1 T. fresh tarragon, chopped or 1/2 T. dried.
