Turkey Scallop
Sauté onions and
green peppers in butter until tender. Add sliced mushrooms and cook 5
more minutes. Combine noodles, vegetables, turkey, and gravy in
casserole dish. /top with bread crumbs and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake
at 375° F. until heated through and brown on top. A good way to use up
leftover turkey at holiday time. |

1˝ cups turkey, cubed and diced
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
1 pint mushrooms, sliced (fresh)
4 tablespoons butter
2 cups turkey gravy
