Apple-Carrot Slaw

Wash and shred carrots and onion. Wash, peel, core and shred apple. Cut green pepper in julienne strips. Combine all in a large bowl. Dressing: In a medium saucepan, combine the dressing ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour over salad and toss. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Makes about 7 cups.	1 lb. carrots 1 green pepper 1 cup seedless raisins 1 Red Delicious apple 1/2 cup sweet onion Dressing: 1/3 cup cider vinegar 1/4 cup salad oil 3 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt
