Celery and Cauliflower Salad with
Combine celery, cauliflower, and olives in a large mixing bowl. Add
Mustard Dressing. Refrigerate for 1 hour. To serve, put on crisp lettuce
leaves and garnish with a light dash each of paprika and celery seed.
Note: When trimming cauliflower, cut very close to the top
so the little buds will separate easily.
c. celery sliced 1/4" thick
3 c. cauliflower flowerets
1/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives
dash celery seed
