Chicken Salad

Blend all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
If using as a sandwich spread, blend everything in food processor.
Variation: Turkey is excellent, too.

Serves 6

2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 t. celery seed
1 T. chopped parsley
1/4 t. freshly ground pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
