Italian Tomato Salad

In a shallow bowl, combine tomato wedges and sliced green onions. Sprinkle with basil, then dressing. Let stand for one hour. Line individual bowls with the greens. Top with marinated tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve. Makes 4 servings.

4 cups peeled tomatoes
4 small green onions, sliced
1 tbsp. chopped bail
1/2 cup Italian dressing
crisp salad greens
1 1/3 cups coarsely shredded mozzarella cheese
