Orange and Onion Salad

Prepare fruit and vegetables. Line salad bowl with a few leaves of lettuce. Tear remaining greens into bowl. Add fruit and vegetables and pour part of the dressing over. Toss lightly. Pass remaining dressing. Serves about 6

3 oranges, pared and cut into chunks
1 Vidalia onion, sliced thin
1/2 gourmet cucumber, sliced thin
2 bunches romaine or leaf lettuce.
sliced strawberries for trim
Kraft Italian dressing
