Spinach Salad With Fruit

Wash spinach. Dry, and remove stems and tear into pieces. Slice onion thin and separate into rings. Trim mushroom stems, rinse and slice. Drain oranges and hull strawberries. In a large container, toss ingredients. Turn into a six quart salad bowl and add dressing. Sprinkle with bacon and serve. Makes about 18 cups of salad.	1 lb. spinach, washed 1 med. onion 8 oz. of fresh mushrooms 1 can mandarin oranges, drained 1 pint strawberries Sweet & Spicy dressing 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
