Taco Salad

Fry ground beef, add taco seasoning, reserving 1 T. for dressing. Cut lettuce and add all other ingredients except chips. When ready to serve add dressing and chips.

1 med. head lettuce
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lb. ground beef
1 small can kidney beans
4 med. tomatoes, diced
1 pkg. taco flavored chips
Dressing:
8 oz. Thousand Island dressing
1/2 C. sugar
1 T. taco seasoning
1 T. taco sauce
