Three Bean Salad

Drain all beans thoroughly. In a large bowl, combine all cans of drained beans with celery, onion and green pepper. Make dressing by combining the ingredients. Pour over the vegetables. Toss well. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

1 1 lb can kidney beans
1 1 lb. can green beans
1 1 lb. can wax beans
2 cups celery, diced
1/2 cup onion minced
1/2 cup green pepper, minced
Dressing:
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
